Thank you for visiting Santa Barbara Mobile Massage, my name is James. I'm born & raised here in Santa Barbara, & have been practicing massage since 2004. I provide a mobile massage service, (I come to you) & setup in your home or hotel. I've worked alongside a physical therapy department doing massage & personal training, I've worked in spas & i've been doing in home massage ever since.
Working alongside a physical therapy department and being a personal trainer has given me more understanding of the body & what muscles to target to relive pain & restore balance to areas that have dysfunction. Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is designed to help you unwind, relax, and de-stress. I use gentle techniques to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is perfect for those who suffer from chronic muscle tension or pain. I use deeper pressure to target specific areas and help alleviate pain and discomfort.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is ideal for athletes or anyone who leads an active lifestyle. I use a combination of techniques to help improve flexibility, prevent injury, and enhance performance.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is what I find most people really want, and enjoy. Its medium-firm but not too deep to where you want to tense up. Its a combination massage, with firm work and relaxation techniques.
