My Philosophy
I believe that massage is not just a luxury, but an essential part of self-care and a way to help manage the body especially as we age. My goal is to provide high-quality therapeutic massage that is stress free & convenient.
Treatments
I offer a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, & sports massage. Each massage is tailored to meet the individual needs & preferences of my clients.
Treatments & Rates
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is designed to help you unwind, relax, and de-stress. I use gentle techniques to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is perfect for those who suffer from chronic muscle tension or pain. I use deeper pressure to target specific areas and help alleviate pain and discomfort.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is what I find most people really want, and enjoy. It’s medium-firm but not too deep to where you want to tense up. It’s a combination massage, with firm work and relaxation techniques.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage is targeted towards athletes. I use a combination of deep tissue, firm work, and stretching to enhance athletic performance, by addressing sport-specific issues like muscle imbalances or minor injuries.
